All carcase data is entered into LAMBPLAN. An added measurement is the use of consumer testing, which has highlighted elite sires with superiority in consumer satisfaction over mainstream terminal sires.
Kinross Station has combined five of Australia’s leading flocks, into a state of the art breeding program. With these flocks having a history of performance recording, the growth rate of the ‘Hampy’s’ is comparable to mainstream terminal sire breeds.
